Interview Practices: Winning a New Project - April 19th

Estimating 101- April 25th

Dive into an exciting learning experience with Director of Preconstruction, Jason Klingensmith designed to empower CCC employees in the art of bidding and subcontractor engagement! This training class will focus on mastering the estimating bid review process and showcasing CCC’s irresistible appeal to potential subcontractors. In the class, attendees will also learn key aspects such as the diverse range of projects CCC bids on, effective techniques for reviewing bid documents and identifying risks, the art of seamless communication with subcontractors, and insider selling tips guaranteed to captivate subcontractors and elevate CCC’s standing in the market.

CPR & First Aid- May 3rd

8:00am – 12:00pm

A comprehensive CPR and First Aid training session designed to equip you with life-saving skills and knowledge. Led by certified instructor Michele Grant, with extensive experience in emergency response, this course will provide hands-on training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques and essential first aid procedures.

 During the training, you will learn how to assess and respond to various medical emergencies, including cardiac arrest, choking, severe bleeding, and injuries. You will also gain an understanding of the importance of early intervention and how to effectively communicate with emergency medical services.

 This interactive training approach includes practical simulations and scenarios to ensure you feel confident and prepared to handle real-life emergencies. Align with CCC Yard's Procedure- Date TBD

Taught by Vice President of Operations Support, Paulette Salkowski, this class will delve into Align Technologies and its role in enhancing CCC’s productivity by optimizing operations across the field, yard, and office teams. Widely utilized by CCC employees, Align facilitates enhanced tracking, accountability, cost reduction in tools and equipment, heightened productivity, and better operational and strategic decision-making. The training will cover Align’s application in CCC projects, software navigation, and comprehension of cost allocation to individual projects.

This class is intended for Project Managers at all levels, Foremen, and Superintendents.
