Expanding to Meet Growth Demand.
Marycrest Manor, a skilled nursing and assisted living facility in Livonia, Michigan, was growing and an addition was needed to accommodate the growth. The two-story, 115,000-square-foot addition broke ground in March 2015, and consisted of four skilled nursing wings, an assisted living wing, common spaces, offices and physical therapy area.
Subcontractor to Quandel Construction Group, construction manager for the addition, CCC self-performed general trade work. The scope of work included interior wood trim, toilet accessories, fire protection accessories, wall protection and handrails.
The project had a tight schedule that needed to be followed, and the construction site was very crowded with multiple trades working together at the same time. Despite these difficulties, CCC completed their portion of the work on time and within budget.
