National Fleet Services is a full service transportation consulting & compliance firm that provides nation wide support. While based in Atlanta, Georgia National Fleet Services Service Garage in Detroit required complete rebuilding and upgrades. The National Fleet Services garage and offices underwent selective demolition and rebuilding of the existing pre-engineered manufactured building facility which had been subjected to a major explosion and fire.

Commercial Contracting Corporation was the contractor of choice to complete the concrete and carpentry inside the vehicle garage. CCC managed a total of twenty subcontractors to efficiently finish the project on time. The project faced a few difficulties including the small amount of on site storage and tight site for working. Also on two sides of the building the power lines were within ten feet of the building. Despite these difficulties Commercial Contracting Corporation successfully completed the project in March 2017 with zero safety incidents.
