Ford is spending $740 million on renovations to the Michigan Central Station and surrounding Corktown
buildings that will soon make up its Detroit campus. Once the project is complete, Ford will move nearly 5,000 employees to the renovated complex by 2022.
CCC’s Steel Services are performing roof structural repairs, providing, and installing all the stairs, both decorative and regular, throughout the entire building.
CCC Concrete Services scope of work included repair of the concrete roof over the lobby waiting room;
placing 3,000 cubic yards of 3” topping slabs throughout the building on all 17 floors, 10,500 cubic yards of basement in-fill of crawl space with flowable fill that provide drainage and water proofing to improve storm water management of the site and various concrete work around the site.
