HiroTec America Inc. is a global automotive supplier located in Auburn Hills, MI. In early 2016, CCC was contracted to install a new stamping die tryout center at their new North American Headquarters.

Commercial Contracting Corporation was given the task of handling the unloading of incoming press equipment from ports in Philadelphia, PA as well as the transportation of the equipment to the HiroTec facility in Auburn Hills. This consisted of roughly 128 pieces transported on 45 trucks. Unloading was done with the use of a Gantry, die carts and 40-ton to 50-ton rigger specials.

CCC began work on the installation of the mill and press equipment in early August 2016. The installation portion of the project was completed at the end of December 2016 with a start up time in the middle of January 2017. The setting of the press components have utilized Gantry systems with lifts in excess of 400,000 pounds.

Though there were many extra steps and tasks that arose during the assembly of the presses, the project team was been able to maintain the schedule without any injuries
