For the better part of 2018, CCC worked with DFCU Financial to utilize our experience and self-perform capabilities to construct their newest branch in Brighton, MI. The exterior and interior style of each DFCU Branch speaks to their client focus and is intricate in detail and warmth. CCC’s Self-perform Interiors Department understood early-on the attention to detail a project of this nature entailed.
The project scope included the complete interior construction of a 3,500 square foot Credit Union tenancy in a previously designed and constructed core and shell project site.

Tenant scope included:
• (6) Offices
• (4) Teller Stations
• (2) Single Occupancy Restrooms
• Employee Break Room
• Mechanical/Electrical Room
• Additional support areas

Work included all interior construction and coordination of all bank-related equipment.
The job was delivered on-time with no safety incidents. We are delighted to be a part of the DFCU Financial family of contractors.
