How would you describe your job?
Entering new hires, maintaining FOC’s and garnishments, and making sure employees are paid correctly.

What is your favorite part about your job?
When my boss gets silly, it breaks my day up.

Why construction?
I stumbled into construction.

How would you describe CCC to someone outside the company?
Very laid back but professional, decent work-life balance. I have been with CCC for almost 2 years and it’s honestly the best job that I’ve ever had and the people here are nice.

What’s your best memory of working here?
When the CFO invited my son in to speak with him and his son about life and the direction he was going in. I will forever be grateful for that.

What does your typical workday look like?
Problem solving, helping employees, and the best part is there will be some sort of laughter.

What  projects have you worked on that you find particularly interesting?
I enjoy our Women’s Angle book club and events that are put on, as well as being a part of the DEI Committee.

What skills are most valuable for this position?
INTEGRITY! Time management (I’m still working on this).

What do you like to do outside of work?
I like to watch football, bake, write, and talk to my son.

Do you feel safe, valued, and heard in your role/with the company?
Yes. If there’s a problem, I know that I can go to my boss and he will address it in some sort of way. He’s fair and I feel comfortable with him.
