Mr. Stephen Fragnoli has over three decades of executive and financial management experience spread over multiple industries including transportation, manufacturing and construction. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Stephen is responsible for managing all aspects of CCC operations nationally and internationally. Stephen’s responsibilities include managing and strengthening relationships with clients, employee growth, operations and financial oversight. He leads a number of initiatives at CCC including diversity, equity and inclusion. Stephen was previously an owner of Commercial Contracting Corporation and now serves on the CCC Board of Directors. He attended Wayne State University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration.
