How would you describe your job?
My role entails handling human resources functions within the organization such as onboarding and offboarding employees, training, and implementing/enforcing company programs, policies, and procedures.

What is your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part about my job is working with people!

How would you describe CCC to someone outside the company?
I would describe CCC is these words: structured, transparent, rewarding, and family oriented.

What does your typical workday look like?
Each day is different which makes my role exciting. I could be onboarding an employee one day and traveling to a different state to recruit students the next day.

What’s the most exciting thing that has happened during your time with the company?
The most exciting thing that has happened during my time with CCC is seeing the HR team develop and continue to grow. We are a hard-working and balanced team that aims to support CCC’s goals and objectives.

What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, exercising, and going to church.

Do you feel safe, valued, and heard in your role/with the company?
I have from the first day I started with the company and continue to feel that way. I sit on the DEI Committee and can strongly confirm that CCC prioritizes creating an environment where employees feel safe, valued, and heard.
