How would you describe your job?
I run daily tasks for Chrysler as part of our Regional Construction Management (RCM) Program at the Jefferson North Assembly Plant (JNAP) and Mack Assembly Plant (MAP).
What is your favorite part about your job?
Meeting with Chrysler engineers to try and help support the plant running and trouble shooting problems.
I have been with CCC for 14 years. It’s never the same work and you’re moving around, learning daily.
How would you describe CCC to someone outside the company?
CCC is a very understanding company that cares about its employees.
What’s your best memory of working here?
Mr. Pettibone sending me a letter in the mail thanking me for my hard work!
What does your typical workday look like?
As Superintendent, I set manpower and check subcontractor meetings to make sure things are in order.
What projects have you worked on that you find particularly interesting?
I’ve enjoyed working for Marathon Petroleum and on Chrysler’s RCM Program.
What skills are most valuable for this position?
People skills and being able to communicate are key.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I rescue dogs off the streets or help owners find their lost pets.
