Joel began working at CCC in 1992, and has been in construction since 1988. Joel joined CCC as a project manager, and due to his hard work and dedication, quickly became a senior project manager where he was responsible for managing some of CCC’s most complicated industrial projects with some of CCC’s largest clients, including General Motors and Chrysler.
Joel was promoted to Vice President of Operations – Installation Division in 2005 where he reported directly to the Executive Vice President, and was responsible for the supervision and alignment of the project management staff and other big-picture, project-related activities. In 2011, CCC promoted Joel to Executive Vice President, overseeing the entire Installation Division. He is responsible for a staff of over 60 managers and about 250 tradesmen at any given time, along with a departmental annual sales volume that averages over $150 million. In 2015, Joel became an owner of CCG, along with three other principles.
