As part of the CCC Family Jason will assist in cultivating Client relationships that bring forward opportunities and contracts that leverage the talents of the Team and fit the Mission, Vision and Culture of the 75 year old multi-disciplined Commercial Contracting Corporation.
Jason Cole worked on behalf of the Community in establishing 10 Construction related Associations that will stand the test of time. National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC), Michigan Minority Contractors Association (MMCA), Real Estate Investors Association (REIA), Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA), Real Estate Association of Developers (READ), Detroit Association of Planners (DAP), National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC), Michigan Hispanic Contractors Association (MI-HCA), National Association Minority Consulting Engineers (NAMCE) and National Minority Contractors Association (NMCA).
Jason Cole spent 20 years at Cole Financial Services, Inc. a national sub-consultant firm that provided project management support services to the Top 20% of ENR500 Design Firms. A highlight of his time at CFS was creating the National Certification Program and being featured in Engineering News Record (ENR) in April of 1997. Additionally, Jason and Patricia Cole co-authored the Prompt Payment Act for the City of Atlanta, Georgia’s Brimmer Marshall Economic Disparity Study in 1989. This legislation is still in effect today which is more the 30 years later.
Jason got started in Construction in 1986 by attending Detroit Public Schools A. Phillip Randolph Vocational Technical Center home of the Timberwolves.
