CCG Earns Record Revenues in 2012

The Commercial Contracting Group (CCG) announced late last week that they earned record revenues in 2012, with earnings surpassing $300 million USD. This marks three straight years that CCG has experienced year-over-year revenue growth.

Recently, CCG has renewed their commitment to investing in new opportunities and new markets, and that investment is paying off. All business units of the Commercial Contracting Group, which include Commercial Contracting Corporation, Commercial Contracting de México and Canadian Commercial Contracting, were profitable in 2012. The Group has seen their sales volume more than double since the market downturn in 2009.

One of the commitments to diversification was the addition of CCC’s Interiors Division in 2011. Since this expansion, the Interiors Group has been receiving many accolades including the Construction Association of Michigan’s Project of the Year for the work done at the Chrysler UAW World Class Manufacturing Academy.

“I am proud of the talented team we have assembled at every level of the organization,” said Stephen Fragnoli, President and CEO of Commercial Contracting Group. “Their hard work and dedication to the advancement of the company is evident in all that they do. It is because of their commitment that we are able to reach such significant milestones.”

The Commercial Contracting Group is one of the largest general contractors in the metro-Detroit area. In 2012, CCG was named #216 on Engineering News Record’s Top 400 National Contractors list and #6 on Crain’s list of Michigan’s Largest General Contractors.
