Construction industry veteran Kevin Foucher joins Commercial Contracting Corporation (CCC) as Vice President – Construction. Foucher will help continue to develop CCCs Construction Division operations with an expanding team who will oversee construction projects for clients. He brings extensive technical capabilities and reach through his experiences in the Automotive, Heavy Industrial, Energy, Petro-Chemical, Commercial, Healthcare and Sports / Special Event market sectors. “We are excited to have Kevin as a new member of our construction team. He brings valuable leadership and experience that will allow CCC to compete at the next level in our industry” said Brad Kimmel, Executive Vice President of Commercial Contracting Corporation.
Much of his experience has been with companies that have a strong emphasis on self-performed work; Equipment installation, civil, concrete, carpentry and iron work that align with CCCs self-perform businesses.
Foucher began his career at Alberici Constructors and most recently led teams for preconstruction efforts, purchasing, marketing, business development and yard operations during his thirteen years at Detroit based Ideal Contracting Foucher held multiple roles including Project Manager, Director of Operations and Vice President. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University.
Active in the construction community, Foucher is serving his first of a four year term on the Board of Directors for the Construction Association of Michigan. He is also Co-Chairman of the Boy Scouts of America’s Annual Building Connections Networking Event.
