Commercial Contracting Corporation is proud to be a partner in the formation of the Tooles Contracting Group LLC with Damon Tooles.  CCC has subcontracted for several years to Damon and Signature Contracting Group.  As a subcontractor to CCC, both Damon and his company brought the dedication to safety, performance, management and cost competitiveness that CCC expects and provides to their customers.

To expand on this excellent working relationship, Damon Tooles and Bill Pettibone (owner of CCC) felt the mutual respect and synergies were present to expand together with a new operation.  The Tooles Contracting Group was established with Damon as the majority owner and President to provide current and future customers with a real and viable MBE organization for general contracting and process equipment installation.  Tooles Contracting will take advantage of CCCs 60+ years of experience in North America, their well established customer base, and as a mentor with a depth of organization, personnel and financial resources.

Damon's philosophies on expansion and his desire to do what it takes, aligns very well with CCC's direction and objectives.  Damon himself not only has many customers and contacts in Michigan, but out of state as well.  Therefore, the Tooles Contracting Group has established staffed offices in the city of Detroit, as well as Las Vegas, Nevada with the intent of diversifying the industries it will serve.
