Project Manager - Construction Division - Auburn Hills, Michigan

This position will be responsible for managing projects that range from $10,000 to $25 Million in size. The candidate will be able to manage and/or coordinate with multiple subcontractors, architectural, engineering, owner and municipal parties on a daily basis. Willingness to travel a plus.

Qualified candidates must possess:

• Architecture, engineering or construction degree and/or 5 to10 years construction project management experience
• History of project manager duties with General Contracting, and Design Build projects from $10,000 to $50,000,000 in the industrial and commercial markets
• Expertise in self perform excavation and concrete, a plus
• Ability to prepare schedule, identify long lead items, develop bid strategy, develop/coordinate subcontractor bidders list, evaluate bids, manage document control
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, MS Project and Primavera

Estimator - Construction Division - Auburn Hills, Michigan

This position will be responsible for various estimating tasks through all phases of preconstruction and construction activities, evaluation of various construction alternatives, solicitation and preparation of bids and quantity takeoffs and pricing.

Qualified candidates must possess:

• Architecture, engineering or construction degree and/or 5 to10 years construction estimating experience
• History of estimating General Contracting, and Design Build projects from $100,000 to $50,000,000 in the industrial and commercial markets
• Expertise in self perform excavation and concrete, a plus
• Ability to interface externally with owner, architect/engineer and contractors, to provide value engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility
• Identify project scope and budget, prepare a GMP when required
• Ability to prepare schedule, identify long lead items, develop bid strategy, develop/coordinate subcontractor bidders list, evaluate bids
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word & Excel
