The oldest construction delivery method where, upon receipt of working drawings, Commercial Contracting Corporation (CCC) works with numerous sub-contractors and suppliers to reach a single, lump-sum construction contract. 

CCC hires and supervises sub-contractors based on low bid, schedule and understanding of the issued working drawings; we may self-perform portions of the work. 

CCCs project managers and superintendents coordinate all job site activities related to the construction of the project.  The general contracting delivery method usually extends the schedule, due to the design/bid/build sequential phasing of the project.
